What we look for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Quality workmanship- Being able to produce quality work in a fast-pace environment

Responsibilities:

  • Drive safely to and from job sites
  • Interact with clients/homeowners in a professional manner
  • Clean and prepare job sites
    • Treat the home as if it was yours - Handle homeowner possessions with extreme care
  • Operate hand and power tools of all types.
  • Work with materials such as steel, cement, wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall and others
  • Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, backfill excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble, debris and waste materials.
  • Load, unload or identify building materials, tools and/or equipment.
  • Position, join, align, or seal structural components.
  • Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces.
  • Mix, pour, spread or smooth & finish concrete.
  • Grind, scrape, sand, polish and/or paint surfaces.
  • Lubricate, clean or make minor repairs to machinery, equipment or tools.
  • Assist other coworkers, as needed.
  • May perform other construction related duties as assigned.
